WHY SOLAR?

Solar Icon

Reduce/Eliminate Electricity Bills

Installing an On-Grid Solar PV System on your roof can help you reduce your monthly electricity bills or completely eliminate them, by ensuring that your power demand is adequately met by the Solar Generation. You can save up to 95% on power bills every month.

Solar Icon

Great Return on Investment

With reducing Solar Power System costs over the past few years, rooftop solar is now more affordable than ever. Add to it the benefit of minimal maintenance costs and a payback of 4–6 years, you have a great long-term investment opportunity. Solar can earn you 2x more than your regular FD.

Solar Icon

Protect against rising tariffs

Utility tariffs increase at around 5% every year. This can have a major impact on your planned yearly budget. Generating your own power with a Solar PV Plant can protect you from rising energy costs, by reducing your dependence on energy imported from the utility.

Solar Icon

Protect the Environment

Solar energy is a free source of energy. With one hour of solar energy from the sun, we can meet the global energy requirements for a year. Because of its non-polluting nature, installing a Rooftop Solar PV System can help combat the greenhouse emissions produced by traditional power sources.

FAQ's

India’s conventional power grid relies heavily on thermal energy, which depends on coal, a resource that's rapidly depleting. As coal shortages grow, many thermal plants operate below capacity, driving up production costs and, ultimately, your electricity bills.

By switching to rooftop solar, you reduce your dependence on fluctuating grid supply and rising tariffs. Solar energy offers a stable, clean, and cost-effective alternative that empowers you to take control of your power consumption.

It’s not just about saving it’s about sustainability. Every solar installation helps cut greenhouse gas emissions and contributes to a greener future for generations to come.

A rooftop solar system captures sunlight and transforms it into usable electricity through two key components: Solar Panels: These panels contain photovoltaic cells that absorb sunlight and produce Direct Current (DC) electricity. The efficiency of this process depends on your location’s sunlight levels, known as solar irradiation. Inverter: Since most appliances run on Alternating Current (AC), the inverter converts the DC power into AC. In grid-connected systems, any excess electricity can be sent back to the utility grid, helping you earn credits or reduce your monthly bill. This setup allows you to generate clean energy right from your rooftop cutting costs and contributing to a greener future.

An On-Grid Solar System is connected directly to your local electricity grid. It’s a popular choice for homes and businesses in cities.

During the day, your rooftop solar panels generate electricity and reduce how much power you draw from the grid. If your system produces more energy than you use, the extra power is sent back to the grid. You receive bill credits or payments through a Feed-in Tariff (FiT).

This setup offers excellent financial benefits — most systems recover their cost within 4–6 years and continue to generate savings for up to 25 years.

An Off-Grid system works without any connection to the electricity grid. Solar panels charge batteries during the day, and stored energy powers your home when needed—especially during outages.

A charge controller regulates the power flow to protect the batteries from overcharging.

This setup offers full energy independence and reliable backup power even during long outages.

Hybrid solar systems combine the benefits of both on-grid and battery-based systems. They store energy in batteries for backup and send excess power to the grid once the batteries are full.

A hybrid inverter manages power flow efficiently, ensuring maximum savings and energy security.

A site visit is needed for an accurate estimate. For systems under 5kW, prices are typically ₹70,000–₹80,000 per kW depending on roof type and height.

For larger systems (above 10kW), the cost per kW can drop to around ₹55,000 per kW.

If you’re in Bangalore, share your details to schedule a site visit and plan your 25-year savings.

In Bangalore, the typical payback period is 4–6 years. This means your electricity savings will equal your upfront investment within that time.

After payback, the system provides decades of free electricity and long-term savings.

The complete process—including site survey, design, utility approvals, and installation—takes 1–2 months.

This timeline includes net-metering approval from the electricity board.
